Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.

Though mind and body reactions may vary, these symptoms are often an indication of anxiety.
Summer brings so many outdoor adventures that only come a few months out of the year. Beach trips, pool parties, outdoor cookouts, and sitting on the porch watching the children run around the yard barefoot. The warm weather months when we spend more time outdoors can feed our soul in a way it can't be fed during the frigid cold months.
My family enjoys playing in the rivers, hiking and watching movies outside under the stars. Although where I live, this has become difficult due to smoke from local area fires. We have had to drive for at least an hour to get out of it. Nonetheless, we do it and enjoy the day.
It’s an age-old question: How many times a week should I be exercising?
Unfortunately, there’s no magic number or simple formula to find the answer. Just like with food, the concept of bio-individuality applies to exercise, and what works for one person may not work for another.
